The Event Group International () is looking for several individuals to assist with the Wedding Event listed below. While most of the laborious setup and heavy lifting such as chairs/tables, decorations, flower arrangements, furniture configuration, etc will be done by the venue and other vendors. It is our responsibility to ensure that everything is done, positioned, and arranged per the setup map and accompanying instructions. Some light loading and unloading of items, lifting and moving of items may be required. During the event: we will manage the guest experience. Requirements: Attention to detail. Must be hard working, presentable, courteous, able to work unsupervised, able to multitask, take direction, and execute per given instructions from the Event Lead. Must be able to lift 20lbs – 30lbs. EXTREMELY DESIRABLE: Previous event/wedding experience. Someone who has worked or works in the industry. Someone has experience and understanding of the event flow.
