Help re-home kittens/cats

Hello all I am asking for help with rehoming cats/kittens. With unfortunate circumstances my family and I have to move. These cats are inside outside and have grown up surrounded by woods. Over the years we've had our fair share of litters some get adopted out and others have adopted near by neighbors. There are 6 kittens that are about 9 maybe 10 weeks and a few older ones that range from 1 year to 3 years old. All are people friendly and have been handled consistently since birth. They love the outdoors, they would make awesome barn/farm cats or great indoor best friends. Males, female, short hair, long hair. I'm reaching out looking for forever homes, foster homes, rescues or any information that you feel could help. I know animal control and the humane society rarely ever have room for cats and I worry about not being able to find somewhere for them to go when we move back into Lansing. I have between 1-2 weeks before the actual move I wish I had more time to look and find housing for them but my husband and I are having to move in a hurry to get my high functioning mother who has alztimers and dementia out of the assisted living home she's in. So any help or helpful information would be greatly appreciated. Also after the move if a rescue or foster home takes in a few cats I'm willing to help with like donating food and liter or helping with cleaning up after them.
