TSM is currently looking to hire a roofing/field technician. We are a family-owned company that has served business in the valley for over 6 years. We are currently growing rapidly and would love to add another member to our team. We are looking for an individual that is hard-working, and very reliable. We are seeking an individual that is transparent to perform duties on an as needed basis, and also willing to travel to all parts of the Valley; this includes northern cities such as Prescott, Cottonwood, etc. Applicable individuals must be able to meet/perform the following requirements: - Minor roof repairs on homes with shingles, tile, foam, underlayment, etc. - Interior drywall repair - Retrieves material and performs miscellaneous tasks for the crew as needed - Must have basic knowledge of construction - Roofing experience is preferred. - Must be able to climb a ladder and lift up to 75 pounds - Must be physically able to get on all types of roofs to examine them for repair or replacement. - Must have a clear Arizona driver's license and be at least 18 years of age. - Must be able to pass a drug test If you think you are a good fit and would like an opportunity to join our team, please email a resume and contact information.
