Hello! Looking for a responsible person/persons to clean and/or manage 2 brand new luxury Airbnbs on Main Street in Rosendale. One unit is 2 beds/1 bath, the other is 5 beds/2 baths. If only cleaning, it will be a set hourly rate, if managing the entire Airbnb property we can work out a price for management and cleaning. Perfect for students as schedule would be pretty flexible as long as units are reset between bookings, and could be great for a pair/group of friends that can cover each other. Building is still being furnished but will be ready to go around mid November, but open to start earlier if able to help put the airbnb's together and help set them up.
