LANDCARE is a professional grounds maintenance company; providing commercial landscape management services and enhancements throughout the Tampa Bay area. We currently serve clients in 3 counties. We have an opening for experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman/Driver with detail experience. We are looking for positive & energetic crew leaders, which are detail oriented, have a strong work ethic and take pride in their work. Pay - $17-$23 Qualifications Required: Experience running a crew; providing grounds maintenance or landscaping services Clean driving record Drug free No felony convictions Bilingual a plus (not required) Duties will include but not limited to: Supervising all lawn maintenance or extra service activities of the crew Make sure all crew members have the required uniforms, safety equipment, and tools needed to complete the job On-going training of crew members in the methods of proper maintenance, equipment Handling and safety * Do a morning inspection of vehicle, trailer, and equipment – to ensure everything is in proper working order; including engine, lights, chains and tires are OK, as well as the necessary equipment is on-board & in good working condition Coordinate with Landcare management, crew and clients for anything required to do a top-rate job.
