We have crew leaders making $100K per year. It is very reasonable for newer crews leaders to make $100K Per year. $22 Hour plus 2.5% of your production and the time an half you will get. If you are someone that shows up to work every day (rarely misses work), works at a reasonably quick pace, enjoys working with your hands and have a teachable mindset you are a good fit for our company. We are hiring 2 new people to train right away. Time and a half for over 40 hours. 3 Year Reasonably Clean Driving Record (minor speeding tickets will pass, no reckless or DUI'S). 60 Plus Hours a week!! We are looking for a diligent, healthy, laborers. Experience in interior demolition a plus. You can move up fast here, starting as a laborer. If you have been successfully employed in the moving industry, roofing, drywall hangers, concrete or other contractor jobs you could do very well here. A Valid FL Driver's license is Required. Willingness to drive to jobs as needed is a plus, and this can reflect in your pay. No ho-hum here...our scope of work is different every day. Our shop is located in Bonita Springs, we meet there every day & drive company trucks to job sites. Able to Stay off the phone - calls & texting, disappearing to the bathroom to text is not permitted. We work three-man crews everybody is expected to do their fair share. Bring your own lunch and drinks (bottled water supplied), which can be bought at the on the clock at a gas station stop in the am. We work a consistently diligent day, with few breaks every day. Schedule Monday through Friday. Typical start times between 7:30 am - 8 am and work till between 4 pm-6 pm ( we work longer sometimes). We work most Saturdays during our season April to August, during the summer. Most employees get 50 - 60 hours per week.
