TAMPA FLORIDA - TPSREBROKERS.COM Facilities Technician Job Description The Facilities Technician performs standard maintenance duties, works alongside property managers for the upkeep of residential properties, completes work orders efficiently and promptly, and completes unit turnovers as assigned. Reports to Operations Manager. You’re a strong candidate if you: Take accountability - You are punctual, organized, and communicative. Are self-motivated - You take care of issues before they become problems. Are bilingual - You are fluent in English and Spanish. Are resolution oriented - You consider all your options and then execute. Are a team player - Getting your hands dirty isn’t a problem. Have patience - Every day is going to be different, and your energy is consistent. Open to learning - You don’t always have the answers, but you ask the right questions. In this role you: Will be the face of the company. It’s important to maintain the utmost professional appearance and attitude in all interactions with tenants, employees, vendors and site visitors. Will work with Facilities Management staff and Operations Manager to ensure timely completion of work orders. Will be charged with the preparation, coordination, and completion of all aspects of turning units between tenants in a timely manner to accommodate tenant move-in dates Will be onsite 40 hours a week from 8:30 am-5:30 pm with a 1-hour lunch Will be compensated $25/hour Bonuses available based on performance Required: Facilities Management 10+ years experience is a MAJOR plus You have your own vehicle (we pay for gas when traveling to job sites) Rough and finish Plumbing Rough and finish Electric Tub install Water heater installation Kitchen install Fermica counter installation Toilet installation General carpentry work General pinch out for rentals turnovers Paint Pressure washing Fascia and soffit replacement Front door replacement Slider door replacement General masonry Finish, drywall, and texture
