Exhaust Fan Duct

Hi, the oven & stove exhaust system is ducted to the side of the house. Not sure the remote exhaust fan is operational, and the plenum box looks fairly good. So let’s start by replacing the 5 foot section of round duct that connects the plenum to the exhaust fan. It is pretty much disintegrated. Pics attached. Thanks!
