Experienced Maintenance Technician position available at a Beautiful 7 acre 160+ Luxury Oceanfront Condominium Complex located in North Kihei, Maui ***Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation required 5+ years of building maintenance preferred Working knowledge of HVAC, Pool Operations, Electrical and Plumbing Fixtures, General Building Maintenance Ability and willingness to perform physical tasks such as climbing stairs and ladders, lifting 50 pounds without accommodations, performing repairs, bending, kneeling, walking and other physical tasks as required Perform regular inspection of buildings, including railings, rooftops and complete routine preventative maintenance, filter changes, light bulb changes, caulking, painting Frequent and thorough inspection of the property to ensure excellent curb appeal High attention to detail Must Be a Self Starter and Willing to work with minimal supervision at times Adaptability and a positive attitude Respond to emergency calls during non-business hours, as required Schedule: Full Time 40 hours a week Thursday - Monday on-call hours during non-business hours, as scheduled Availability to work on Saturday/Sunday is a MUST! Other duties as assigned Drug test and background check required Starting @ $25 per hour + DOE
