Description
The Site Manager acts as the Association’s on-site manager, either performing and/or overseeing the day-to-day administrative, maintenance, and janitorial aspects of managing the property and is responsible for carrying out and implementing the policies and directives of the Board of Directors and Managing Agent.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Site Manager shall supervise all contract workers working on the premises and ensure they comply with all safety rules of the Association. Perform or oversee all maintenance of the common elements and recommend projects to improve the property. Pool CPO certification a plus or be able to attend a 2-day class to obtain certification. Monitor and enforce all house rules in a friendly but firm manner. Attend quarterly Board meetings and interact with the Managing Agent on a weekly basis. Must be able to handle petty cash properly and pick up supplies as needed.
The position is full-time and must be available for emergency after-hours calls. Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal oversight.
