Architectural Plans needed for permits in Miami Beach We are looking for a local person to work with sign/seal plans. We are house flippers, investors, contractors and we have consistant work for you as For your first project, we have almost finished with the first set of plans and just need to have revisions done (80% already done, but prior architecht had a heart attack so we need someone new). We pay $1000 for signed/sealed plans to FTOD & City of Miami Beach and will pay it the following way: - $500 to cover any revisions ($250 after first revision, $250 after second/final revision) - $500 for approved signed/sealed plans Please send us photos of design work and plans you have made or link to your Instagram or Facebook Page or website.
