Agents will be decorating their cars with fun and spooky decorations and handing out candy at this early trick-or-treating event in the KW Legacy parking lot. Halloween costumes are encouraged! Agents of KW Legacy will also be collecting canned goods for the Maryland Food Bank, please bring a canned food item with you! If it is raining, the event will not be rescheduled.
