ARE YOU A FIRST TIME HOMEBUYER? DID YOU RECENTLY BUY A HOME? If so, you are invited to participate in a focus group sponsored by Home City Development Inc., in partnership with Homes Logic Real Estate Group. Come enjoy a Gourmet Hot Breakfast, Door Prizes, a Raffle and More! This focus group will be an introduction to the upcoming Gemini Townhomes Development in Springfield’s South End Neighborhood. The development will contain 40 New Affordable Condominiums, all will be sold thru a lottery system based on income guidelines. We will discuss what these income guidelines are other qualifications, and how you and your family can enter the lottery to purchase at unit at Gemini. As part of this focus group, you will be asked to participate in a survey upon arrival and one prior to the end of the focus group. Your responses will remain confidential and will include no names in the final report. Please note that there are no right or wrong answers to focus group questions. Should you choose to participate, you will be asked to respect other focus group members’ privacy by not disclosing any content discussed during the study. The sponsor, Prof. Howard, is a doctoral candidate at New Jersey City University and will analyze the data. As stated above, your responses will remain confidential and will include no names in any reports. All participants to receive a door prize and the chance to enter in our Raffle.
