Auto Electrical Wiring Needed

I have a short in my wiring harness of my 2003 Toyota Tundra and the turn signals do not work. I would like someone to separate, and hard wire my Driver and Passenger directional signals, independent of each other, and the harness, from and to the battery, power drop, fuse holder, through an on - off - on / Driver side / Passenger side, switch, located on my center console. Simple enough?
