Immediate Opening - seeking one person for an existing team. $1000 hiring bonus: $250 Bonus at 90 Days of Work, $250 at 180 Days of Work, $500 at one year, and then every 6 months $500!! We also offer a production bonus weekly, and an attendance bonus each week! Starting pay with no experience for overnight service techs is $15-$15.50/hr with weekly attendance bonus it is $16-$16.50/hr, plus production bonus or overtime. Lead tech is also provided a company vehicle, SAVE YOUR GAS, drive our vehicle to work and home - ask for more details during interview. We have work and need great team members! We aren't a boring factory job or a dead end job. Our overnight service techs learn skills, get to go to a variety of job sites (restaurants, hotels and more), are treated with respect without being micro-managed! Hourly rate is before the two possible bonuses offered weekly, attendance bonus of $1/hr on top of regular pay, plus our production bonus (details can be discussed during your interview). The overnight service tech role is overnight, we drive to customer locations in a company-provided vehicle where we perform service (no experience required). Service is done after customer hours, we do climb ladders and step ladders, as well as use a pressure washer. The work shifts are generally Sunday night to Thursday night, with Friday and Saturday nights off. There is some travel and potential for overnight travel with additional per diem. No experience needed.
