Hallo-Wellness is a FREE, family event. Everyone is welcome to attend and participate in the day’s activities! Our goal is to show you how easy it can be to live a healthy lifestyle. Our event will include speed, agility, flexibility and balance exercises. We’ll have a stretch station to get you stretched out and ready to go, as well as a chiropractic station to help get you aligned and feeling great; and a life coach to help you set your 2023 goals. We’re also going to have a bounce house and fun activities for the kids, so bring the whole family for a great day! You’ll also be able to check out some of our favorite partners. San Jose Water Company will be providing all you can drink FREE alkaline water, we’ll have nutrition companies, apparel companies, meal prep companies and more to help you on your path to a healthy lifestyle.
