November 2, interested individuals, community business & industry leaders and representatives of community development groups will come together to learn: • How community health & wellness impacts population growth & economic development, • How the COALITION model (citizens working together) positively impacts the health & wellness of its residents and, • How "We Can" build a Fayette County COALITION & positively impact our individual and community health and wellness! And raise our heath rankings as well! PRESENTED BY ~ HEALTH by DESIGN, an Indiana public health organization. And members of The Seven Mountains Group Health & Wellness committee. No cost to attend. Lunch is included & provided by the Culinary Department at Whitewater Career Center. It is a FACT that the health and wellness of a community makes a significant difference in whether the community attracts growth: new residents and new business & industry (economic growth). To grow a dwindling population and attract new business & industry, Fayette County must improve the health of its citizens and improve its health rankings. As people who love our community; we CAN DO BETTER! No one can do it for us. And we can't do it as an individual, single group or organization. The best and most successful way to do it is the local COALITION way. Something similar to the Coalition for a Healthy Community, Oxford Ohio Area!
