Hi! We are a retail store and surf club in Pacifica in search of a trustworthy, high quality janitorial service to clean after-hours ideally on Sunday nights. Cleaning includes: Outside - 2 outdoor showers, sidewalk, wipe down/sanitize small sauna Outside Approximately 400 square foot Inside - all floors - vacuum/mop, 2 bathrooms, dust shelves, wipe small lockers, vacuum loft area, take trash out Inside Approximately 1200 square foot This would be an independent contractor position, required to fill out W9.
