We are a licensed Contractor servicing the entire Bay Area. We specialize in working with Homeowners associations. We are currently looking for the following licensed subcontractors:
· Roof Contractor (C-39): You will install products and repair surfaces that seal, waterproof and weatherproof structures.
· Drywall Contractor (C-9): You will be able to lay out and install gypsum wall board and gypsum wall board assemblies including non-structural metal framing members, and perform the taping and texturing operations including the application of compounds that adhere to wall board to produce a continuous smooth or textured surface.
· Electrical Contractor (C-10): You will be able to place, install, erect or connect any electrical wires, fixtures, appliances, apparatus, raceways, conduits, solar photovoltaic cells or any part thereof, which generate, transmit, transform or utilize electrical energy in any form or for any purpose.
· Concrete Contractor (C-8): You will form, pour, place, finish and install specified mass, pavement, flat and other concrete work; and place and set screeds for pavements or flatwork.
