Description

We are looking for an office associate to work with our remote management team. The position requires a very responsive and immediate approach to management requests. Day to day tasks include: * Receiving packages from UPS, USPS, Amazon, FedEx and notifying tenants * Moving furniture and helping with light building maintenance * Show available spaces to prospective tenants and respond to existing tenants * Regular interaction with remote management by phone and text Hours will fluctuate between 30 and 40 hours a week, during regular business hours (9:00 am - 5:00 pm).
