Description
I'm a guitar player with solid chops and I'm thinking about starting a cover band to gig locally for fun. This is not a money or success thing it's a "give our fellow community a great show and spread a little happiness" thing. Music would be all over the map from this period played well and with a ton of passion. I'd like to meet a solid bass player and drummer (I can sing but I don't have a lead singer voice so if said bass player can't sing lead, we'd need a singer as well) to jam a bit and see what we can make of it. I'm not looking for pros, do you have solid chops, love the music, and can you keep time (age, gender, geography, experience, pedigree, "look" etc. do not matter in the least). If you can play and would gladly gig for the fun of it (vs the pay), let me know. No strings attached, no pressure, except to give it your all and commit to rehearsing and gig'ing). Happy to Jan a bit and then decide where to go from there. I have jam space.
