This will be the 18th annual Bulls, Blues, and Brews silent auction event hosted by the UM Environmental Law Group. This year’s event will raise money to support the legal defense in United Property Owners of Montana v. Montana Fish and Wildlife Commission. The significance of this case going in UPOM’s favor is that it would take away the authority of the FWP Commission so wildlife management decisions would be left to the legislature—and there is nothing to indicate the legislature would use FWP Commission science in making decisions to manage said wildlife. We look forward to your attendance and spending the evening fundraising for this cause.
