If a crib in your house features a padded bumper, bring it to us for proper disposal. Although they look harmless, the padded bumper lining inside the crib is dangerous for a baby. It can cause the baby to suffocate, be strangled, or be entrapped, leading to death.
In May 2022, the Safe Sleep Act prohibited bumper pads from being manufactured and sold in the U.S. The safest sleeping space for your baby is in their crib, on their back, with no blanket, bedding, stuffed animals, toys, etc.
