Spooky Season has arrived at the Norman Bird Sanctuary! Wear your best Halloween costume and join us for a festive afternoon on the Norman Bird Sanctuary trails. Gather with friends and family for Halloween exploration in the fields and forests at the Norman Bird Sanctuary. Walk past graveyards and stop along the trails at stations offering goodies and yummy treats. Guests are welcome to arrive at any time between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Please allow for one hour to visit all treat stations. Refreshments will be available for purchase. Venue Guidelines The Norman Bird Sanctuary is a nonprofit wildlife sanctuary and environmental education center. All proceeds directly support our mission to protect our 300-acre refuge for the benefit of wildlife and the community to enjoy. All guests are asked to respect the following guidelines: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited. Outside beverages and seating are not permitted. Dogs and other pets are not allowed. FAQ: Children under 18 must be accompanied by a registered adult. Children under three may enter for free.Please bring your own bag to carry the goodies you pick up along the trails. NBS tote bags will be available for purchase at the event.You may arrive anytime between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Free parking will be available in the main lot at the Norman Bird Sanctuary.Rain policy: Treats Along the Trails will go ahead in light drizzle and be cancelled in truly torrential or unsafe conditions. In the case of cancellation, refunds will be issued through Eventbrite. There is no rain date. Refund policy: Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.
