About Dr. Jolene Erlacher (EdD)Jolene is a nationally recognized speaker and author passionate about helping ministries equip and retain young leaders in a changing culture. She’ll talk about her new book Mobilizing Gen Z: Challenges and Opportunities for the Global Age of Missions, and how we can effectively help this generation reach the world. Jolene grew up as a missionary kid and has been researching leadership and generational trends in ministry for over a decade. She founded Leading Tomorrow, with the aim of equipping organizations for effective inter-generational leadership. She teaches graduate courses at several Christian universities, including BGU.
