Hurricane cat needs to find his owner/new home

We have an older cat who showed up after the hurricane. He’s really sweet and uses a litter box, gets along well with my other cats but we already have 3. I would like to find his owner if possible but if not I will need to find him a home. He was found off charger and winkler ave. He is neutered. If you think this might be your cat, please send me a description or a photo and if it matches I’ll send a photo to confirm. If no one claims him he will be available for rehoming.
