GENERAL ADMISSION-CHILD TICKET: Ages 2-11 *Not all inclusions will be listed as we try to keep a few magical “secrets” from our guests. *A commemorative photo with Santa will be taken. Digital Photos are provided by email 2-3 weeks after the event. *Personal, 5-minute per child meet and greet with Santa & Mrs. Claus and a special gift for each child from Santa *(1) craft done in the workshop *(1) Letter to Santa for each child to write and mail from the workshop *A personalized letter will be sent from Santa directly to your child postmarked from the North Pole. (Additional Santa Letters may be purchased in advance on our website under “Magical Add-on’s”) *Hot cocoa and professionally decorated Christmas cookies (We will do our best to accommodate special dietary restrictions/allergies if made aware at least 90 days in advance) *A very special Christmas story time with Elves in Santa's North Pole Lodge. CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON NO MATTER THE CUSTOMER'S CANCELLATION STATUS. Due to the personalized nature of this experience for each person in the reservation and the limited space availability, all Sedona North Pole Experience tickets are non-refundable, non-transferrable. In the event that an act of God, natural disaster, or weather beyond control prevents this event from operating this is how we will handle a situation such as this: 1. We will provide an event reschedule if availability permits, 2. We will issue an event credit for the amount equal to what was paid to the customer on the original booking, or 3. We may at our discretion off a refund to the customer minus all fees, personalized product costs or labor costs we have incurred for the event, showtime, or night in question. Event cancellation exceptions will be handled in the order stated above. We will not, however, offer refunds or reschedules to customers who have "booked the wrong dates" & did not utilize our one-time reschedule exception as stated below, Do not show up for the event at the check-in time required, or who do not show up at all. Cancellation Policy: Guests may reschedule their experience (1) time up to 60 days in advance. If a guest cancels their reservations no refund or exchange will be provided.
