Salary: $5,193 – 6,555 / Month THE JOB: Under general supervision, perform a variety of semiskilled carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical work in the repair and maintenance of County buildings and equipment; and do other work as required. The list established will be used to fill the current vacancy and it may also be used to fill other vacancies during the life of the eligible list. THE REQUIREMENTS: Any combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain these knowledge and abilities would be: One year of experience performing duties comparable to those of a Building Maintenance Worker I in Santa Cruz County. Special Requirements: Possession and maintenance of a California Class C Driver License is required for most positions.
