Here is what to expect from every BNI chapter meeting you attend: 7:30 AM - Open Networking 7:45 AM - Meeting starts with a welcome and introduction of Team Leaders, visitors, and substitutes. Purpose and Overview of BNI Educational Moment Announce Business Network "Leaders" (beginning of each month) Pass around the business cards binder Welcome any new BNI members to the organization (induct new members) 60-second presentations -- Members and Visitor's introduce themselves, give pitch, specific asks Welcome visitors to BNI and have members introduce them (visitors give 60-second presentation) Vice President's Report Treasurer's Report -- dues, speaker rotation, and introduction of the day's speaker Featured Speaker -- 9 to 10 minute presentation (See Speakers page for details & scheduled speakers.) Passing of referrals -- plus thanks for closed business, testimonials, CEUs Announcements and reminders Close meeting -- 9:00 am
