We are hiring a maintenance person/handyman to join our team at the EF International Center in Santa Barbara. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of general maintenance and upkeep of in-house systems. Also be Passionate about the details and take a pride in presenting our Language Center at its best. Schedule of works including the following, but not restricted to: Internal and some external repair and painting Maintenance and upkeep of furnishing and fittings Erecting and moving furniture Organize and maintain storage rooms and closets Dispose of all disused items and furniture Frequent system checks including water, fire and HVAC Accept and store deliveries General maintenance, key cutting, re-hang window blinds, replace ceiling tiles Some plumbing and electrical knowledge helpful Obtain estimates from external suppliers and co-ordinate larger projects together with Director Flexible work hours and competitive pay The ideal candidate will be a multi-tasker and enjoy being part of this great team working in our International environment.
