New rehearsal studio question...

Hi guys, I've got an opportunity to create a great rehearsal studio near the Costco shopping area. Just curious if anybody has any thoughts on that. Are you interested in either hourly jam rooms (fully stocked) or lockout rooms (where you bring and store your own gear)? Should I include a room for recording? Or a vocal both for rap cats? Just trying to gauge if there is any interest in such a place, or should I just go back to playing with my new XBox !! Thanks for your feedback (said the drummer to the guitarist) !
