Rehoming 13wk old male mini dachshund

We are having to rehome our 13wk old mini dachshund mix puppy. Sadly our 2 year old is not adjusting to having a dog as well as we had hoped. The dog has been amazing with our son (sadly not the other way around.) He is great with our cat too! We have only had him a little over a week and he is such a love. We just took him to the vet to get all of his puppy shots, dewormed and flea and tick prevention. He has been going outside freely with no leash and doing great with commands. He is seriously the best puppy so cute and so smart, it breaks my heart to part with him. We are asking a 300$ rehoming fee but are willing to discuss for the perfect home for the little guy. I am in no hurry to get rid of him so please only serious pet parent inquiries. Text preferable
