We are looking for reliable melodic sound specialists interested in joining a new modern jam project. Bass players? Guitar pedal guys? Keys? Drum bums? No lizards. Trying to do ambient instrumental spacey/atmospheric shoegaze stuff with loose boundaries but flexible to whatever comes creatively. Small rhythm pieces creating a big picture. The expectation is that music will come naturally and we will build an identity and group dynamics creating our sound. You should be a team player. Everyone must be comfortable and happy. Current players are very chill none of us are looking to get famous so if you are the big ego type lead guitar that has to be in control and make everything about shredding please pass by. None of us have patience for power trips. Maybe I sound like a jerk but we had a headache guitarist creating stress already. We are all professionals with full time responsibilities this should be a fun hobby not a job. There is no boss. We should like hanging out with you. We have connections to play local shows next year if the right group puts interesting music together. Ages currently range 26-46. We live around Albany/Schenectady area. Day/Time is mostly flexible for the right person. Lately it has been around 6 on Friday's or Saturday afternoon. Currently have guitar or bass, drums/percussion and synth/keyboard. Enough to make it happen but we need you to help create a unique sound. Guitar bass more keys more drums.
