Looking For 6- 8 Candidates to help with Expo This will be held at the Palm Springs Dress attire- is Black or tan pants and a polo shirt or a button-down shirt. Business casual but NO jeans. Comfortable shoes!!! You will be on your feet a lot. We pay Weekly W-2 Pay is $ 20.00 Staff Responsibilities: They will be checking conference attendees in and giving them their name badges. The line can get stressful, so a calm presence is needed. Knowledge of the alphabet is mandatory. May need to help me move conference signage to different locations. Computer knowledge helpful. In case we make onsite badges, it helps to have someone familiar with Microsoft Word. SUNDAY, OCTOBER 23 Staff 1 3:30pm-7:00pm Staff 2 3:30pm-7:00pm MONDAY, OCTOBER 24 Staff 1 6:30am-11:00am Staff 2 6:30am-11:00am Staff 3 6:30am-11:00am Staff 4 6:30am-11:00am Staff 5 6:30am-1:00pm Staff 6 6:30am-1:00pm TUESDAY, OCTOBER 25 Staff 1 7am-1pm Staff 2 7am-1pm Preferable the two staff that work on Sunday work on Monday, and Tuesday. Those staying until 1:00pm have the option to have lunch onsite. If they need a special meal Gluten Free, Vegetarian, or Vegan I will need to know by October 18th.
