ROOF/EAVE REPAIR: Looking to have soffits repaired

Hello: We have an early 20th-century Craftsman style home. She's a beaut', with an iconic look that comes with a catch; soffits (eaves) around all edges and outer rooflines of the house. We are looking for someone with a skillset to repair these soffits, including but not limited to repairing/sealing what is there, if it remains usable/repairable and in some cases, replacing the tongue-and-groove boards with [preferably] composite boards. This job requires a distinct skillset; you need to have experience repairing soffits or comparable experience, and our preference would be that you could identify previous jobs that we could potentially review, either via photos or [driving out to see them] in-person. I think it further makes sense that you carry liability insurance or would be willing to sign a waiver, as this is certainly flying-Wallendas-type work.
