Looking for someone to fill desk space in my shared studio. Located at 544 Park Ave. You would be sharing a studio with two other creative people. Both of us work full time and are only in the studio 1 or 2 nights after work and on the weekend. I am ideally looking for someone with an opposite schedule, someone who would like to use the space as an office/creative space during the day would be perfect. Right now we each have a section of the studio and there is a large communal table in the center of the room with storage underneath. The space is best suited for someone who works on a computer and wants to occasionally make small physical works. Will not work for someone who makes large work. About the space: Shared private studio, two large windows, high ceilings, very sunny/airy, slop sink in the studio. Building is open 24 hrs, has a front desk/mailroom, passenger/freight elevators, renovated bathrooms, vending machines, loading dock etc. Building is close to bars/restaurants,duane reade. Near Myrtle/Willoughby G Train and B44 Bus. Monthly rent will be $500 + utilities or $600 all utilities included. Utilities range from month to month.
