Need to Finish Engine Job

Hello, I am posting on behalf of my parents. They have a 1999 Oldsmobile Cutlass that recently had the head gasket replaced by a mechanic friend of the family. However, for some reason he didn't finish and refuses to finish. I looked at the engine and I think he did most of the job. The gaskets have for sure been replaced. But we need a mobile mechanic to finish putting it back together. Here's what I know for sure needs to be done. -Spark plugs changed (I could even do this but I'm not in their area) -an intake manifold tube needs to be reconnected Some other things may need to be done but I honestly don't think this is a huge job. Not for sure if the car will even start but we need to try. We came this far. Other notes, my folks live in the car but they ain't greasy homeless people. We also prefer someone who has a business license. Please respond to me via email and let me know a little about your experience.
