Part-Time Customer Service Associate (16 - 20 hours/week) Money Saver Johnson Creek Self Storage – located in Portland OR Are you looking for a challenging but rewarding career change? We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate and Light Yardkeeping with great customer service, sales and light yardwork skills to join our team in the operations for our self-storage property located in the Portland area. Enjoy What You Do Every Day - Customer service and sales are a top priority -- Maintain store appearance, product presentation and storage area cleanliness. Provide outstanding customer service at all times, and be available for emergencies Create and establish tenant relations through leasing, customer billings and accounts, preparing reports, maintaining tenant compliance with property policy. Accounting duties including tenant rent collections, late notices, daily accounting reconciliation and cash management. Maintain facility, clean hallways, doors, and vacated spaces as needed. Yardwork may include using electric mower, weedwacker, hedge trimmer, leaf blower as needed or seasonally; we will train. Keep the property and office clean and organized. Includes mop or sweep hallways, pick up trash in parking areas as needed, and cleaning out units. Be prepared to deal with inclement weather. Bring Your Talents - 2+ years of experience in retail sales, self-storage, apartment/property management, sales, or customer service. Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook. Be flexible to work minimum 2 to 3 days (16 - 20 hours/week), some weekends, must be willing to work occasional additional day(s) for manager if needed. Compensation and Rewards - $16.00 - $17.50 per hour, and Bonus potential! Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required. Pass background check.
