Patio cleanup - easy job

My small patio has 5 potted plants that have to be removed from the pots, pots washed out and moved into my detached garage. The garage is in the townhouse community so it requires moving them across the lawn and down two steps to the garage along with other small pots. There is also a 4' round cedar table with w/4 chairs and an umbrella to be moved to the garage. I have a hose hookup. You would need to have a method to move pots across the lawn and be strong enough to lift the larger pots. This should not take longer than a few hours max. I will include photos if you contact me.
