Missing all black female cat on the 300 block of Devine Ave., Elmira, NY. Goes by the name of "Mamba" Been missing since approximately Sept. 29. 2022. Recently moved to Devine Ave. and she possibly got outside and is missing still and is truly missed by us. She was wearing a white collar... she's completely black in color.
