Landscape Construction Crew Leader Centerpoint Landscaping is actively recruiting a hard-working and dedicated Landscape Construction Leader to join our construction team. We desire candidates who demonstrate reliability, integrity, commitment and who are looking to grow with our company! Crew Leaders must be punctual, detail-oriented, have reliable transportation, and be able to work outdoors in inclement weather, take direction well, and work as a part of a team to achieve common goals. Description/Responsibilities: • Minimum of (3) years of verifiable landscape installation experience • Minimum of (1) year of verifiable experience as landscape installation foreman • Nevada Driver's License w/ clean driving record • Knowledge & experience of aspects of landscape installation to include grading, drainage, irrigation, planting, pavers, synthetic turf, & landscape lighting • Must be able to install plant material, live sod, irrigation, pavers, synthetic turf, water/fire features • Must take pride in craftsmanship of your work & your crew's work • Ability to read plans and install accordingly • Ability to plan, prepare, manage & execute installation projects efficiently and within budgeted time frames • Bilingual speaking English & Spanish • Great attitude, friendly disposition, and a strong customer service attitude Job Type: Full-time Pay: $1.000 - $1,150 per week salary **Compensation based on qualifications and experience** All Salaried Employees Benefits Four Paid Holidays: • New Years Day • Thanksgiving • Day After Thanksgiving (Family Day) • Christmas Sick Days: • 3 per year (Jan 1 - Dec 31) Vacation Days: • 5 per year (Jan 1 - Dec 31) Health Benefits: • Medical • Dental • Vision Please come to our office Monday-Friday 9am-4pm to apply and be interviewed 181 N Arroyo Grande Blvd #190 Henderson NV 89074 Yard location is Rancho / Vegas Dr Work Hours 6:30am-3:30pm Monday-Friday
