The ideal candidate we would like to join our Production team is a self-motivated individual that would possess effective verbal and written communication skills. Must be dependable and efficient. Construction experience is a plus. Ability to lift heavy 75 lbs. and work in severe temperatures conditions of 120 or more for long periods of time. Ability to climb, stoop, balance, crouch, crawl, or/and kneel continually. Open availability is a must. Team Player. Responsibilities: - Installation of duct work in residential new construction homes. - Installation of HVAC equipment, thermostats wire, grilles, piping, and bath fans in new residential construction homes. - Maintain quality standards on all installations and tasks. - Completes all paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough and timely manner. - Be able to follow OSHA requirements and safety precautions per company procedures and policies. - Communicate with other personnel to discuss project details. - Frequently ascend and descend ladders and balance. - All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
