We seek a maintenance and remodeler technician for our Mobile Home Community.
Guaranteed work in a beautiful park. Discount housing is available. Living on-site is not required.
We have both permanent and temporary positions available. Everything is kept confidential. Temporary positions are perfect for anyone who is looking for side jobs.
Applicants should have skills in ONE or more of the following:
*Painting.
*Installing laminate flooring.
*Light electric.
*Light plumbing.
*Swamp coolers repair.
*Roofing patching.
*Landscaping.
*Ground cleanup.
*Carpentry and siding.
*Appliance Repair.
The Ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
*2+ years of experience with maintenance or remodeling.
*Great customer service skills.
*Be an innovative and responsive problem-solver who takes responsibility and gets quality results.
*Work independently and make decisions with integrity.
*Valid driver's license and Vehicle.
*Successfully pass drug and background check if required.
