I have multiple projects. The first one is located near Princeton, MN. I am looking for an experienced person in the field that can do pretty much everything in regards to remodeling and updating home. I already have a Electrician and Plumber. I am wanting to get the place ready for renting. I have all the tools if needed. It's a single family home that needs alot of updating, inside and out. I'm not looking for a company that will overcharge me. The right person could possibly rent one of my Properties if needed also. Serious people on only that can start ASAP.
