Looking For Mississippi and Delaware License Plates

Hello I am posting this unusual request in hopes of helping my niece complete her goal of finding cars/trucks license plates from all 50 states. She's been diligently searching for over a year and has found all states with the exception of Mississippi and Delaware. I know people won't want to give me their address, but I was hoping someone might give me a street name that we could drive on or around in search of Mississippi and Delaware license plates. We have made many trips to truck stops in Sacramento and surrounding areas but are still in need of finding these last two states. Thank you!
