Snow Removal  We’re seeking candidates for the role of part-time Seasonal Snow Removal Help! We’re looking for part-time Snow Removal Help at two of our residential communities in the Green Bay area.  This job is responsible for on call snow removal in order to ensure the safety of current residents and prospects. FRED, a leading real estate development and property management company, has been developing and managing award-winning residential communities throughout Southeastern Wisconsin, Madison, and the Green Bay areas since 1985. Job Description: Be responsible for on call snow removal, based on the needs of the property, for areas including: sidewalks walkways entry areas parking lots Salting common walk ways such as sidewalks and entry ways. Positively promote Fiduciary Real Estate Development in the apartment community. Other Duties as assigned What we need: Someone who is dependable, responsible, and able to work independently.
