Drywall Repair Needed in Peoria

I need some minor drywall work done at my home to get my kitchen ceiling ready to paint. There are 3 pieces of work that I'd like to get done. 1) I would like to close the soffit in my kitchen to make it flat and at the same level as the rest of the ceiling. It will need wood framing inside the soffit to hold the drywall. I'd like the taping and texture job to match the rest of the ceiling. I currently have 2 light fixtures in the soffit. I can either have you remove them or have someone else do that. I need the electrical supply wires to be accessible for canned lights. 2) I removed a ceiling cabinet to open up the kitchen. There is some caulking that needs to be removed and some ceiling damage that needs to be repaired prior to painting. 3) I have a section of drywall next to a toilet that needs to be repaired and textured and taped to get ready for painting. I have included 3 images showing each of the areas that need work.
