Job Summary Performs audits on lines, incoming inspections. Audits batch records, performs internal GMP audits, generates quality reports, and collects data. In the absence of the QA Supervisors or other QA management, communicates to Production and management. Essential Job Functions • Perform quality assurance audits to ensure compliance with QMS, safety and GMP’s. • Approve the release of materials and finished product. • Perform 1st Piece Inspections. • Verify defective returns. • Responsible for verifying brand code, control group and quantities match ULID or LPN. • Maintain files, records. • Assist QA Supervisor in maintaining training records. • Assists in Temperature and Humidity monitoring and reporting. • Audit quality assurance documentation. • Alert management of any potential problems or non-conformance. • Additional duties as may be assigned. Job Specifications (Includes Education/Certifications/Licenses, etc.) • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. • Proficient computer skills (MS Office including WORD and EXCEL). • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred. Physical Demands • 8 hours a day of standing and walking. • 8 hours a day of occasionally working on a computer and using a printer. • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. • Ability to stand extended periods of time and perform tasks that require reaching, bending, and carrying.
