We are seeking a Maintenance Technician on 2nd and 3rd shift to join our dynamic team! This position will focus on ensuring the repair and maintenance of technical facilities and mechanical systems. We are seeking someone that is hardworking, shows attention to detail, takes initiative, has a teamwork mentality and positive attitude. Primary ways the Maintenance Technician will contribute to the Envigo team: Repair all electrical and plumbing/HVAC systems Assist with grounds maintenance Monitor water systems and boiler operations Preventive Maintenance of buildings and facilities Installation and/or modification of new and existing equipment Maintain critical spare parts list inventory Process work orders Assist in waste treatment facility operations Lagoon operations according to the SOP established Maintain communication with the Maintenance Supervisor for status of work requests and facilities Other duties as assigned Computer experience doing work requests, email, and vendor contacts We are looking for the following from the Maintenance Technician: Vocational training certification preferred or a minimum two years mechanical, electrical, HVAC and/or plumbing experience Must have valid Driver’s license Tow motor, skid loader, forklift certificate and/or training May need to shower into barrier facilities Participation in immunization / occupational medical surveillance program This position requires that the Maintenance Technician be able to: Must be able to lift min 50lbs on a consistent basis Must comply with all Health & Safety regulations and PPE per building/job requirements Must not be allergic to animals Envigo offers benefits including: Generous paid time off Paid holidays Medical, dental and vision insurance Health savings account Flexible spending account 401k
