Need someone to inspect my chimney

I need someone to inspect my fireplace and run a test fire. I had someone check out my chimney last year and was told everything was good without any obstructions or issues. But recently I've had a friend use the fireplace and he stated that the smoke would exhaust through the chimney but after a while smoke would come back down the chimney back into the house. I need to see if there is any obstruction or anything the matter with the chimney exhausting through the chimney as winter time is coming up and we plan to use it. If you have experience with fireplaces and chimneys, let me know what it is
